Who we are
Sleak Property Services was set up as a limited company in 2024, built on more than ten years of hands-on trade experience. We're based in Blackpool and work across the whole Fylde coast, from Fleetwood and Over Wyre down to Lytham St Annes and the villages inland.
The idea is simple: one reliable firm for everything a property needs. That covers full renovations and refurbishments, regular gardening and one-off clearances, exterior cleaning, and the small handyman jobs that most trades won't come out for.
We work for homeowners, landlords and property investors alike. Whether it's a shelf, a driveway or a whole house, you get a straight price up front and a job that's finished properly.

How we work
A price before we start
Send a couple of photos and our quoting team will come back with a clear price, usually the same day. Quotes are free and there are no callout fees.
One team for the whole property
Renovations, repairs, maintenance, gardens, gutters, exterior cleaning and odd jobs all come under one roof, so you're not juggling a different firm for every job.
Tidy from start to finish
We turn up when we say we will, protect what's around the job and take the waste away with us when we leave.
Easy to get hold of
Call or message at any time. We're open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and you'll get a reply rather than an answerphone.

What our customers say
5.0from 58 Google reviews“Excellent, quick service. Booked to do driveway jet washing. They noticed drains were blocked and unblocked them off their own back. Great attention to detail, even asked neighbours to move their car so it didn't get any muck on it. Cleaned up well after themselves. Highly recommend.”
“This local Bispham garden service came and tamed my wild garden. It looks soooo much better, I wish I had taken 'before' photos. I would definitely recommend them and will be getting them back regularly. Thank you Sleak.”
“Needed a gardener for my mum's garden, as she's no longer able to keep on top of it. Found these 2 great guys that did a fantastic job! If anyone needs a gardener in Blackpool then Sleak Property are your men. Highly recommended.”
